JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our establishment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably presented for our guests.

SKILLS

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping practices.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our high cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the property.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that linens are washed, dried, folded, and stored correctly.
