We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Charing Cross Hotel. SKILLS

• Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with hospitality standards.
• Strong understanding of janitorial practices and cleaning techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a tidy environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with laundry services when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a courteous manner.
