We are excited to welcome a new Room Attendant to our Mission Bay Family. The JOB: As a Room Attendant you will have the opportunity to make the hotel shine! Our Room Attendants are the backbone of the hotel and work diligently to maintain the cleanliness of our guest rooms. The Housekeeping Room Attendant is a crucial role in which you directly impact the guests stays and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! Requirements YOU: To excel in this position, we are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The role of Room Attendant requires a keen attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to others. Have experience in a similar size hotel. We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale hotel. Excellent communication skills Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight Experience in taking care of guests in a high-energy setting. Ability to clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule is essential, as this position requires availability to work during the day, night, weekends and holidays.
