Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the resort.
  • Prepare and inspect rooms and glamping units to ensure they meet guest expectations.
  • Take care of public areas, such as the lobby, day-use areas, and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Perform light landscaping duties, such as raking, trimming branches, and maintaining food waste bins.
  • Track and complete deep-cleaning schedules for designated areas as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, or service requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Notify management of any damages, issues, or necessary repairs.
  • Assist the Front Desk and Guest Services team with operational and guest-related activities.
