Description A Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role plays a key part in delivering high standards of guest satisfaction in hotels, resorts, hospitals, and other hospitality establishments. Requirements Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas Change bed linens and make beds neatly Replace used towels and replenish toiletries and amenities Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors Dust furniture, fixtures, and décor Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, leaks) to supervisor Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies Handle lost and found items according to company procedures Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed
