As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Quality Inn Suites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our guest rooms, ensuring that they are always ready for occupancy. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively, paying close attention to detail and adhering to our high standards of cleanliness. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting * Bilingual in English and Spanish * Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment Responsibilities: * Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness * Ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition * Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel * Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed * Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Skills: As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that our guest rooms are always clean and tidy.
