Description We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented individual to join our team. As Room Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting our hotel rooms to ensure they meet all standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. You will be responsible for consistently meeting the hotel's quality assurance standards for each room, as well as interacting with hotel guests to ensure their satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Perform daily walk-throughs of all guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and maintenance Inspect all furniture, fixtures, and equipment in each room and common area to ensure they are in good working order Report any safety hazards and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel Collaborate with housekeeping staff to resolve any deficiencies or special requests in guest rooms Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner Ensure all safety regulations, hotel policies, and procedures are followed Provide guests with information on hotel services and amenities Stay up-to-date on all hotel policies and procedures as well as local attractions Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance activities Monitor room inventory and occupancy rates Requirements Ability to inspect hotel rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to interact with guests and hotel staff in a professional and courteous manner Attention to detail Ability to follow safety protocols Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to read and understand instructions Ability to identify potential hazards Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
