Responsibilities for the Hotel Housekeeping Inspector include * Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards * Verify that housekeeping staff follow proper cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and brand policies * Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly * Ensure rooms are fully stocked with required amenities and supplies * Conduct daily quality checks and maintain inspection records or reports * Provide feedback, coaching, and on-the-job training to housekeeping team members * Monitor staff performance and assist with scheduling or task assignments as needed * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards * Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to prioritize room readiness * Handle guest requests or concerns related to room cleanliness in a professional manner * Support inventory control for linens, supplies, and equipment What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Housekeeping Inspector includes: * High school diploma or equivalent * Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. * Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
