Description Housekeeping Rooms Inspector We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeping Rooms Inspector to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will contribute significantly to providing an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met - Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate departments - Verify that all amenities, linens, and supplies are properly stocked and arranged - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies - Document inspection results and communicate findings to management - Assist in training and mentoring housekeeping staff on inspection procedures and standards - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety protocols, and hospitality industry regulations - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality or quality inspection is a plus Join our dynamic team and contribute to creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus. 2+ years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and order. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Proficient in using housekeeping management systems or mobile task tracking apps is a plus. ________________________________________ Working Conditions: Physically demanding position requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Must be able to manage time and personnel effectively in a fast-paced environment.
