DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping REPORTS TO Housekeeping Supervisor STATUS: Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Rooms Inspector to join our team at The Elmore Hotel. In this role, you will ensure that all guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, adherence to hotel standards, and any necessary repairs or maintenance - Communicate with housekeeping staff to provide feedback and guidance on improving room inspections - Maintain accurate records of room inspections and report any issues to management - Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address any facility-related concerns - Ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with necessary amenities Skills and Experience: - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with hotel industry standards and best practices - Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
