• Assisting housekeeping staff with various tasks, including but not limited to, delivering linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to designated areas.
• Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are adequately stocked with amenities and supplies.
• Assisting in the removal of trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and public areas.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department.
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly and courteously to requests and inquiries.
