Silver Wings Aerospace located in Princeton, Florida is currently seeking a Housekeeping Specialist candidate. This is for a Full time role. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm  Pay $15.00     Overview of Position: The Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for maintaining building appearance and ensuring the inside and outside remains clean and orderly. This is accomplished through inspection, cleaning, performing minor repairs and reporting service issues to the Chief Inspector.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintains cosmetic appearance of building structures, equipment and spaces to include; cleaning, sanding, staining and painting. * Cleaning duties around building and facilities. * Cleans all bathrooms, workspace areas, fixtures, walls and equipment. * Ensures the exterior of the building is clean and orderly. * Mop floors and vacuum carpets daily. * Ensures all isles and doorways are free of debris. * Maintains Housekeeping cleaning supply inventory. * Replace air conditioner filters monthly. * Inspects exterior break area, entryways, sidewalks and dock for cleanliness, power washes as needed. * Visually inspects interior ceilings and walls for water leaks daily, reports any issues to the Chief Inspector. * Visually inspect all lighting in administrative spaces, offices and common areas daily and reports to Chief Inspector. * Initiating the repair process of broken facility light fixtures, kitchen supplies, bicycles, etc. * Performing all tasks in a manner that complies with Silver Wings Aerospace safety standards. * Performs other duties as assigned.           Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: * Interpersonal Skills: Resolves conflict constructively, stays open to new ideas, and embraces collaboration. * Planning & Organization: Efficiently prioritizes and manages multiple tasks, adapting to shifting, customer-driven demands. * Productivity: Completes work promptly with a focus on quality. * Safety & Security: Follows safety protocols, identifies and reports risks, and uses equipment responsibly. * Adaptability: Adjusts effectively to changing work environments and priorities. * Attendance & Punctuality: Demonstrates reliability by maintaining consistent attendance and timeliness. * Dependability: Takes ownership of tasks, meets deadlines, and follows through on commitments with accountability. * Must wear steel or composite toed shoes. * Must be capable of using standard tools to include, but not limited to; screwdrivers, wrenches, ratchets and sockets, and wrenches.  Qualifications Education and/or Experience: * No High School Certification or GED required. * Experience in Cleaning / organizing. * Handyman Work / painting.   Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   Language Skills:   Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions given.   Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Responsibilities
