SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Trilliant Hospitality Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our motel properties in British Columbia, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols is an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health standards.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed to ensure linens are fresh and available.
• Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to requests promptly.
