As a Housekeeping Steward at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for providing an exceptional housekeeping service to our guests. In this role, you will ensure that all guest areas and cabins are well maintained, carry out back of house duties, and perform all service preparation punctually. • This is a seasonal role which runs until 5 December 2025.
• Providing excellent customer service to guests in accordance with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
• Cleaning guest cabins and public areas according to departmental standards.
• Making guest beds with clean linen, replacing and adding guest amenities and collateral, and reporting any maintenance defects in the cabins and corridors.
• Assisting with general onboard duties, including greeting guests, helping with luggage and supporting other operational departments as required.
• Maintaining both team, personal, customer and non-customer facing areas to the highest standards and always presenting yourself immaculately.
