We are looking for a professional and motivated full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery. If you take pride in attention to detail, enjoy coaching and motivating others, and thrive in a fast paced environment, this role is for you. What you will be doing Lead, supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet the hotel’s five star standard Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high quality and presentation Train, mentor and motivate team members to enhance their performance and professional development Allocate tasks and roster team members efficiently to meet operational requirements Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen and amenities, ensuring stock levels are maintained Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution Ensure all housekeeping procedures comply with hygiene, safety and environmental standards Support the team to deliver a seamless and welcoming guest experience, going above and beyond when needed What we can offer you...
