Job Description Ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with Accor standards and Housekeeping procedures. Maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and orderliness according to Accor standards and conduct necessary inspections Work in coordination with the team under the direction of the department manager Organize and sustain in-department training programs. Qualifications Graduate of Vocational School or University in Tourism and Hotel Management, Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, Possesses professional English proficiency Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system, Adopts a friendly and service-oriented approach. Aims to continuously improve service quality. Strong communication skills. Enjoys problem-solving. Pays attention to personal grooming and appearance. Knowledgeable about hygiene procedures and applications. Strong in planning, time management, and stress management. Enjoys working as part of a team. Completed military service (for male candidates).
