Job Description Novotel Cathedral Square is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Department and working alongside a team of Supervisors. Providing supervision to the housekeeping team daily and support to ensure room cleaning productivity is met and standards maintained. Responsible for inspecting and releasing rooms and communicate efficiently with other departments within the hotel as required. Handle and resolve guest complaints as required ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate inventory of all stock and supplies and ensure lost and found procedures are followed correctly. Support the Head of Department with staffing schedules, labour planning and various monthly reporting activity. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Experience leading and influencing a team Able to work on a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a keen eye for detail. Friendly and positive attitude.
