Join us, and become a Heartist® Job Description Assist in the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team Assist the Executive Housekeeper in driving the productivity, motivation and development of all Housekeeping team members Assist with the induction and training of new Housekeeping team members Ensure high cleanliness and productivity standards are met and kept in accordance to company guidelines Organise and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift Ensure appropriate chemical safety and WHS standards and practices are maintained Qualifications Warm and caring personality Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is an asset Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality Comprehensive computer skills Take pride in delivering high-quality guest experiences A quick thinker who can think on the spot to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible Excellent grooming and presentation skills To be successful in this role, you must have the right to work for any employee in Australia.
