Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Experience working in a senior housekeeping role will be very highly regarded
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a minimal timeframe
  • The ability to motivate and train your team
  • The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster including weekends and public holidays, minimum 4 days per week with 8:00am start time
  • A genuine care for your team and guests, understanding that everyone is different and work to their strengths

Responsibilities
  • Motivating, engaging and training your housekeeping team
  • Managing all operational and financial outcomes for the department
  • Organise and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift
  • Ensure appropriate chemical safety and Workplace Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained
  • Going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
  • Working autonomously and building strong bonds with all departments
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
  • Maintaining training and cleaning records
