As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our hotel. Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services Allocate work duties to team members and create efficient cleaning schedules Conduct routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms to maintain quality standards Manage inventory, stock control, and equipment maintenance Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to brand standards Implement and monitor health and safety protocols Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations Manage special cleaning projects and deep cleaning schedules Prepare and maintain accurate housekeeping records and reports Qualifications Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
