We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in excellence and leads by example. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our hotel remains clean, welcoming, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. Requirements What You Will Do Leadership & Team Oversight Supervise and support housekeeping team members, including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff Assign daily tasks and schedules, monitor productivity, and ensure completion to brand standards Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best Assist with hiring, performance feedback, and corrective action when needed Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment Operations & Quality Assurance Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, stocked, and ready for arriving guests Coordinate closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams regarding room readiness and guest needs Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering housekeeping supplies Support efficient daily operations while maintaining brand and safety standards What You Bring Skills & Abilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and cleanliness Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel systems Education & Experience 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment required Previous supervisory experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Aloft Raleigh & TBC Hotels?
