REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar setting.
  • Proficiency in spoken English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural sensitivity and a professional demeanour.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests throughout their stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and support housekeeping colleagues to maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.
  • Conduct daily inspections of arrival rooms, occupied rooms, and turn-down service.
  • Coordinate and oversee the minibar operation.
  • Ensure prompt and professional response to all guest requests and telephone enquiries.
  • Lead regular briefings and ongoing training sessions with housekeeping colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate housekeeping logbooks and records.
  • Monitor guest feedback and support continuous improvement in housekeeping services.
  • Ensure all housekeeping pantries and janitors’ closets are clean, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Oversee the guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
