We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and knows how to motivate a team while maintaining high standards. This is a key leadership role responsible for helping ensure our guest rooms and public spaces are spotless, organized, and ready to welcome every guest. What You'll Do Supervise and support housekeeping team members, including room attendants and public area attendants Assign daily boards, manage workflow, and ensure rooms are cleaned on time and to standard Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent results Partner closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready Help manage inventory, supplies, and linen levels Address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally Lead by example, this is a working supervisor role that requires being present and engaged with the team Requirements What We're Looking For 2–3 years of hotel housekeeping experience required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness Someone who is dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities A positive attitude and ability to motivate and support a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume beach hotel environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements This is an active role that requires: Walking and standing for extended periods Inspecting rooms and public areas Bending, lifting, and moving items up to 40 lbs.
