Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. - Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote professional development and high performance. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. - Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. - Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest experience. Requirements - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
