Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated supervisor to join our team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the high standards of our hotel.
Duties:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replace amenities
- Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
- Replenish room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, and towels
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred, but full training will be given
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
