The Courtyard Rochester Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. Responsibilities: - Supervise and train housekeeping staff - Ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies - Ensure that all public areas are clean and inviting - Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times What are we looking for?
