We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who will play a key role in relaunching one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this exciting pre-opening role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in leading and overseeing all housekeeping operations—ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. You’ll help build, inspire, and develop a dedicated team of housekeeping professionals who embody IHG’s purpose of delivering True Hospitality for Good. Through strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach, you’ll drive excellence, efficiency, and guest satisfaction across all housekeeping functions. What We’re Looking For: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in hotels or resorts, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a multicultural team. Strong understanding of cleaning standards, guest room inspections, and laundry operations. Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of housekeeping systems, inventory control, and preventive maintenance. Good command of English is an advantage. Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and sustainable housekeeping practices. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
