What needs to be done?

• They are in close daily contact with all departments of the hotel, participate in meetings, and consult with technology, service providers, and suppliers.
• You maintain good and reliable contact with our guests, after all, you need to find out if everything has been done to their satisfaction.
• They constantly and thoroughly monitor the quality of the cleaning and maintenance of the guest rooms, public and non-public areas.
• They are responsible for order processing and invoice control.
• Guest amenities and bathroom accessories are always available in sufficient quantity and in the right place.
• Communicate the hotel's operational instructions, rules and regulations to your team in a clear and consistent manner.
• You recognize the strengths and weaknesses of your employees and are able to provide practical training. You understand how to effectively promote your employees' initiatives and ideas.
• You should fill vacancies within the team promptly and proactively.
• They are responsible for the weekly or monthly creation of duty rosters, handouts and checklists for the employees.
• They manage the company's lost and found office, ensuring that lost items can be quickly returned to their owners.
