Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. - Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. - Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. - Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
