Job Summary
We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. You’ll make sure rooms and public areas are spotless, staff are supported, and guests are happy.

Main Duties

  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff.
  • Check bedrooms and public areas to make sure they meet hotel standards.
  • Help with rotas and daily cleaning schedules.
  • Keep track of stock (cleaning products, linens, towels, etc.).
  • Deal with guest requests or complaints politely and quickly.
  • Train new team members and give feedback.
  • Help clean rooms or public spaces when the team is busy.
  • Follow health and safety rules at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in housekeeping (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Flexible with working hours (including weekends and holidays).
  • Able to do physical work like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
