ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across the property. You will play a key role in supervising daily operations, managing staff schedules, and maintaining a well-stocked and efficient housekeeping department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the housekeeping list each morning to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Check stock levels of linen and cleaning supplies; ensure adequate availability at all times.
• Review daily schedules together with the planner to confirm sufficient staffing for the following days and the week ahead.
• Maintain and uphold high cleaning standards throughout all guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure rooms are cleaned and organized according to standards.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate effectively with housekeeping staff.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members when needed.
