POSITION: HOUSE KEEPING OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Job description:

• Recommend service improvements to the management
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
• Examine and determine the need for repair and replacement
• Attend staff meetings to discuss policies
• Establish standards and procedures for work
• Prepare reports
• Perform cleaning duties when there is a staff shortage
• Issue supplies and equipment to staff
• Manage the inventory and order supplies
• Offer high-quality customer service
• Provide orientation and training
• Create staffing schedules
• Assign housekeeping tasks
