Description Doubletree by Hilton is seeking a meticulous Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. This role involves inspecting rooms, training housekeeping staff, and supporting the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Where you can make an impact: Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards. Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff for improvement. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to address any deficiencies promptly. Maintain detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to management. Assist with training housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and hotel policies. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages. Support the housekeeping team during busy periods or special projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns related to housekeeping. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 2+ years of housekeeping experience, with prior inspection experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to train and mentor team members effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment. Proficiency in basic computer skills for report management. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
