Description Hillside Boutique Hotel is seeking an organized Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. This role involves supervising staff, inspecting rooms, and maintaining efficient housekeeping operations. Where you can make an impact: Supervise and support housekeeping staff in daily cleaning tasks. Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning techniques and hotel policies. Address guest inquiries and resolve housekeeping-related concerns. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and report needs. Assist with creating and managing team schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Implement and maintain efficient cleaning procedures and protocols. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Foster a positive work environment and encourage team members to excel. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 2+ years of housekeeping experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
