As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees * Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk * Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met * Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness * Displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct * Ensures hotel complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA What are we looking for?
