Description Are you passionate about cleanliness, organization, and creating exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for an Hourly Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and support our housekeeping department in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment! As a key leader within the department, you’ll help guide room attendants, ensure quality standards are consistently met, and play an important hands-on role in daily operations. • Lead and support room attendants and housepersons during daily operations, ensuring cleanliness standards and procedures are consistently followed. • Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to uphold high-quality service and attention to detail. • Conduct daily room and public area inspections, ensuring rooms are guest-ready and any issues are addressed promptly. • Help manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities, reporting shortages or needs to leadership. • Coordinate closely with the Front Desk, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely room readiness. • Monitor housekeeping workflow, productivity, and staffing levels to support efficient operations. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment while modeling excellent service and teamwork. Requirements Requirements • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism • High school education preferred; relevant training and experience required • Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred • Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations • Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates • Additional language ability preferred • CPR and first aid training preferred EOE – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
