Description Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards. - Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. - Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services. - Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance service quality. - Prepare and maintain reports on housekeeping activities, including staff performance and inventory usage. Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
