We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to join our team.*
Position Overview:** As the Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day inspections. . You will ensure our 272 rooms are impeccably maintained and meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. - Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests. - Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. - Implement and enforce safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment. - Provide feedback and performance evaluations for housekeeping staff.
