EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, custodial practices, and industrial cleaning methods.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management software is an asset, but not required.
