Responsibilities

You coordinate all housekeeping tasks and plan who cleans which rooms in cooperation with the Executive Housekeeper
You check the rooms and public areas after cleaning and make sure that everything meets our high standards
You notice if something is broken or missing and take the appropriate steps to fix it (e.g. inform the technical department)
You take care of guests’ concerns or requests from the reception desk
You create reports about the arrivals & departures
You inform when free rooms are ready for the guest
You always think of new ways to inspire our guests
