As the driving force behind the housekeeping team, you'll foster a culture of excellence, ensuring each room reflects the highest standards of hospitality and meticulous care. Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services. Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, enforcing established standards and promptly addressing any issues. Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating orders as necessary. Create work schedules, assign tasks, and distribute workload among housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough completion of cleaning responsibilities. Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries related to housekeeping, providing solutions and maintaining a positive guest experience. Hourly Rate: $25.00 Qualifications Minimum of two years Housekeeping experience Able to communicate in English Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
