ABOUT JOB ROLE

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards. The role includes supervising, training, and supporting housekeeping staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/DELIVERABLES:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
