We’re looking for an Hourly Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and support our housekeeping department in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment! As a key leader within the department, you’ll help guide room attendants, ensure quality standards are consistently met, and play an important hands-on role in daily operations. • Lead and support room attendants and housepersons during daily operations, ensuring cleanliness standards and procedures are consistently followed. • Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to uphold high-quality service and attention to detail. • Conduct daily room and public area inspections, ensuring rooms are guest-ready and any issues are addressed promptly. • Help manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities, reporting shortages or needs to leadership. • Coordinate closely with the Front Desk, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely room readiness. • Monitor housekeeping workflow, productivity, and staffing levels to support efficient operations. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment while modeling excellent service and teamwork.
