Responsibilities

Join our team as a detail-oriented and collaborative Housekeeping Supervisor. Your role will involve inspecting guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness meets our high standards. You’ll run sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning, and update departing guest room statuses. Act as a liaison, coordinating efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms, communicate changes in assignment sheets, and assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees. Strong communication skills, paperwork accuracy, and the ability to work with various departments are vital. Join us in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
