SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced in delivering high quality housekeeping standards including the laundry area
• Experienced in managing a housekeeping team
• Understanding of budgets and budget delivery
• Experienced in working with chemicals and COSHH

• Have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example.
• Honest, reliable, kind, compassionate genuine interest in the hospitality and environmental aspects of the service
• Ability to cope under pressure in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills with residents, visitors and the whole care home staff team
• Able to organise and plan ahead (e.g. ordering, cleaning schedules, audit and non-care invoicing)
