Job Description We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences. This role is primarily across weekends, providing supervisory support to the housekeeping team, with additional weekday housekeeping shifts available. Key responsibilities include: Supervising weekend housekeeping operations and ensuring high standards are maintained Supporting, training, and guiding team members to achieve excellence in presentation and service Conducting room inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Managing daily room assignments and maintaining workflow efficiency Performing housekeeping duties during weekday shifts as required Qualifications What we’re looking for: Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel or serviced apartment environment Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and quality Excellent communication and leadership skills Organised, reliable, and able to work independently Availability to work weekends and additional weekday hours as required Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
