Job Description With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role Ensure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories Staff accommodation and meals package available We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Freycinet Lodge in this casual role! A full-time position would be considered for the right candidate. What you’ll do: Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll coach and mentor our dedicated team to prepare our guests rooms to a level which will help us to create an exceptional experience during their stay with us. You'll balance working hands-on alongside your team with admin tasks such as ordering and stocktake. This is a physically demanding role so you must be energetic and physically fit, with a resilient and positive can-do attitude to meet the demands of this role. What you’ll bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work effectively within a team Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Demonstrated passion to deliver an exceptional guest experience Minimum two years’ experience in housekeeping within the tourism/hospitality industry A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Excellent time management and an eye for detail Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays What’s in it for you?
