Job Description With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role Ensure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories Staff accommodation and meals package available We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Freycinet Lodge in this casual role! A full-time position would be considered for the right candidate. What you’ll do: Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll coach and mentor our dedicated team to prepare our guests rooms to a level which will help us to create an exceptional experience during their stay with us. You'll balance working hands-on alongside your team with admin tasks such as ordering and stocktake. This is a physically demanding role so you must be energetic and physically fit, with a resilient and positive can-do attitude to meet the demands of this role. What you’ll bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills​ Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work effectively within a team​ Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines​ Demonstrated passion to deliver an exceptional guest experience​ Minimum two years’ experience in housekeeping within the tourism/hospitality industry​ A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Excellent time management and an eye for detail Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays What’s in it for you?
