As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Novotel & Ibis Rotorua, you’re not just leading a team — you’re leading the charge in delivering the first and last impression our guests take with them. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the department, making sure our Heartists have what they need, rooms are guest-ready, and standards are consistently shining. What you will be doing: Supervising and supporting a diverse team of Room Attendants and Housepersons across two bustling hotels Conducting room checks to ensure quality, consistency, and those signature “wow” moments Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating daily operations, allocating rooms, and managing team workflow Training, coaching, mentoring, and uplifting your Heartists so they thrive and grow Responding to guest requests and ensuring their experience is exceptional Collaborating closely with Front Office and Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly Helping maintain housekeeping supplies, linen levels, and equipment Jumping in hands-on when needed — because great leaders lead from the front If you’re someone who loves high standards, smooth operations, genuine teamwork, and creating an environment your team can be proud of, then we’d love to hear from you.
