Our 164-bed inpatient services for adolescents through senior adulthood offers comprehensive and individual assessments, psychiatric evaluation and medication stabilization, daily group therapy and personalized aftercare planning. We are passionate about our work and are looking for individuals who share in this passion. We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our talented and caring team. Our ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, great communication skills with the ability to engage positively with patients, staff, families, providers, etc., Must work well under pressure with several competing priorities and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Acts as backup to the Housekeeping Manager in their absence.
• Ensures a constant state of readiness for regulatory visits from a hospital cleanliness perspective.
• Provides staff oversite to include task assignment, inspection/auditing of staff work performance, and coaching for improved performance.
• Provides guidance and education to Housekeeping staff to ensure proper cleaning methods, thoroughness, and timeliness of cleaning tasks.
• Assists in interviewing and selection of new housekeeping staff. Responsible for ensuring new staff are oriented to position duties and expectations.
• Conducts position-specific training individually or as a group to Housekeeping staff ensuring they have regular, on-going learning opportunities.
• Performs own Housekeeping assignment, performing the regular duties of a Healthcare Housekeeper.
• Participates in all required training and in-service programs for the position.
• Participates in activities which enhance own professional growth and development
