Our 164-bed inpatient services for adolescents through senior adulthood offers comprehensive and individual assessments, psychiatric evaluation and medication stabilization, daily group therapy and personalized aftercare planning. We also offer a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program to ensure the continuum of care for our patients. Responsibilities
  • Acts as backup to the Housekeeping Manager in their absence.
  • Ensures a constant state of readiness for regulatory visits from a hospital cleanliness perspective.
  • Provides staff oversite to include task assignment, inspection/auditing of staff work performance, and coaching for improved performance.
  • Provides guidance and education to Housekeeping staff to ensure proper cleaning methods, thoroughness, and timeliness of cleaning tasks.
  • Assists in interviewing and selection of new housekeeping staff. Responsible for ensuring new staff are oriented to position duties and expectations.
  • Conducts position-specific training individually or as a group to Housekeeping staff ensuring they have regular, on-going learning opportunities.
  • Performs own Housekeeping assignment, performing the regular duties of a Healthcare Housekeeper.
  • Participates in all required training and in-service programs for the position.
  • Participates in activities which enhance own professional growth and development
