JOB SUMMARY

We new residential cleaning company, seeking reliable and experienced cleaning staff.
We are also open to filling this role with a housekeeping supervisor to oversee our current staff, and to ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.
Most importantly, we would like to create a fun environment for our staff and clients, by bringing on someone on board with a good attitude and sense of humour.
Flexibility with availability is key for this position.

SKILLS

  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, to interact with staff and clients professionally.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment used in housekeeping operations.
  • Cleaning experience, driver’s license or a vehicle are not necessary but preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently living in Vancouver and hold a valid work permit.
  • +1 years of Residential (not commercial) cleaning experience.
  • Available 7 days a week as our schedule changes on a week-to-week basis.
  • Able to commute to Downtown Vancouver to start shift.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of home we contract to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Address any guest or resident concerns regarding cleanliness in a timely and professional manner.
